Tony Philips joined The Westin, owned by Castlerock Asset Management, as general manager in January 2026, following his time at Bobby Nashville. He has more than 25 years of hospitality leadership experience, including a tenure with Loews Hotels & Co. His career with Loews brought him to Nashville in 2008. During his time in Nashville, Phillips has earned industry recognition from both the Greater Nashville Hospitality Association and the Tennessee Hospitality Association as Outstanding General Manager of the Year. His experience also spans several high-profile Loews properties nationwide.
